St. David's

These terms govern your use of the website operated by St. David's at stdavidspokane.org . They apply if you visit, create an account, book or buy, donate, comment, manage the site, or follow a link from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, email, or search. The site is provided with the Digital Faith platform. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who these terms apply to

  • People who use this site with an account, including email, Google, or Facebook sign-in where offered.
  • People who book, buy, donate, subscribe, or send a message.
  • People who work on the site and who publish to social networks from it.

The site

We publish pages, news, events, and related content for St. David's, Spokane. What you can do on a given visit depends on how this site is set up (for example bookings, accounts, donations, or social sharing). Content you see on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn is also subject to that network’s terms.

Visitors

You may browse public pages without an account. Do not misuse the site (see Acceptable use). If you follow a link from social media, these terms apply as soon as you use this website.

If you book, buy, or donate through this site, payment is processed by the provider configured here (such as Stripe or an external checkout). Confirmations, cancellations, and refunds follow that provider’s process and any additional policy St. David's publishes.

If you submit comments, profile information, or other material, you grant St. David's a non-exclusive license to host, display, and use that material as part of operating the site. You must have the right to submit it, and it must not be unlawful, infringing, or harmful. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Social media

Staff may connect Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn and share site articles to those services. Those posts are subject to the third party’s terms as well as these terms. Connecting an account does not make St. David's responsible for Meta’s or LinkedIn’s services.

If you interact with our Page, profile, or posts while you are on a social network, that network’s terms apply there. If you then visit this website, these terms apply here. Visitors are not required to log in with Facebook to read public pages.

Third-party services

The site may link to or embed third-party services (maps, video, analytics, social networks, payment, sign-in, booking). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

St. David's SMS Program Terms

Program name: St. David's Customer Communications.

Program description: After you expressly opt in, St. David's may send conversational SMS or MMS messages concerning an estimate you requested, responses to your service questions, project updates, scheduling, and appointment reminders.

Message frequency varies according to your request and project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You may receive one final confirmation that your opt-out has been processed, after which no further messages will be sent unless you provide new consent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, St. David's and its operators, including the Digital Faith platform, are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site.
