Service Groups
Saint Martha’s Guild
St Martha’s Guild helps members grow spiritually, intellectually, and socially — as well as to be of service to St David’s, the Episcopal Church, and the community.
Membership is open to all women of St David’s, and all are welcome! Meeting times are monthly on the first Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in the church conference room. Business meetings are every other month, alternating with social events.
We serve St. David’s and the community by sponsoring fundraising events:
- Annual spaghetti dinner/ bunko evening
- Annual craft and bake sale before Christmas.
- Provide lunch for builders during the annual Habitat for Humanity Blitz Build (usually in June).

Building & Grounds Team - and the "Lay Weeders" and "EpiscoLoggers"
Two teams of St. David’s members oversee the care of our buildings, grounds, and trees, generally led by the congregation’s Junior Warden. In addition to major seasonal clean-up days in the spring and fall, we also invite folks to offer their skills throughout the course of the year.
The Lay Weeders and EpiscoLoggers, as their names indicate, focus their efforts on our outdoor landscape. The Building & Grounds team work on both interior and exterior repairs and maintenance.
We always welcome people willing to help with the day-to-day repair and maintenance of the church. If you have talents to contribute to this ministry please contact the church office
