Outdoor Worship & Annual Parish Picnic

Get ready for Worship Outdoors!

The first Sunday of September, the 7th, also the first day of the Season of Creation, we will gather for worship outside in the courtyard – to the west side of the church – at 10:00am to be in the sanctuary of the pine trees. Bring a chair or blanket to sit on. 

Following worship, we’ll picnic together, so bring a dish to share. Do you need ideas? Go with the classics: fried chicken, potato salad, watermelon, brownies. Or, step out into the healthy realm: green salad, hummus with veggies, fruit salad, quinoa salad (just don’t make me eat it!). Or, remember last minute that we’re having this picnic: a bag of chips, a bunch of bananas, a tray of cookies.

Just remember, we’ll have vanilla ice cream with all kinds of sundae toppings!
